We value your health and your time. That’s why we offer a special consultation fee waiver for patients who commit to treatment on the day of their consultation. It’s our way of making comprehensive dental care more accessible and making the process of deciding on dental care easier.

To streamline your experience, we will have you complete your new patient forms in the convenience of our office. This ensures we have all the necessary information to deliver the best possible care.

Here’s What You Can Expect:

• When you arrive for your first appointment, please allocate 15-30 minutes to fill out your new patient forms.
• Rest assured, our attentive team will be available to assist you with any questions or challenges you may encounter while completing the forms.
• If you’re transferring from another dentist, we encourage you to arrange for your dental records to be sent over in advance. This proactive step helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of your oral health history.

If a session is canceled within a 48-hour window or if the patient is a no-show, there will be a full session fee charge of $150 for hygiene services and $500 for the dentist. If you do not show up within 20 minutes of your session, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged the cancellation fee, with an exception for emergency medical circumstances. If you have a respiratory condition or other illness and feel the need to cancel, you must present a doctor’s note stating you are unable to visit us.
